Hello! April was quite a fun month - travelling, spending quality time with friends, planning future travel, watching football, writing and coding. But also revisiting London's dating scene, to disappointment.
🤓 What I've been doing
I visited Tunisia, which was a complete culture shock. It's been a while since I was last in a non-Western country, so adjusting to the change took a bit of time. But it was a great experience with a good friend. Going during Ramadan was a challenge (so few places open during the day!), yet despite that a lot of the people were friendly and in good spirits. Not only did I get some much needed time in the sun, I also came away with a great bust of Hannibal.Â
You may know by now that I love London and the tech startup scene. So I've launched a newsletter for that, I'm not publicising it much at the moment because I'm conscious that I don't have the best habit of being consistent at things. Once I've got several weeks under my belt, I'll be improving the design of the page and talking about it more. Until then, my focus is on writing.Â
 👀 What I've been consuming
📺 Curb Your Enthusiasm, Larry David - One of my favourite sitcoms has come to an end. Filled with so many brilliant moments, I'm now enjoying them all again as I go on a binge.
📚 Chip War, Chris Miller - A book detailing the history of semiconductors and how they've turned into a focal point in today's geopolitical climate.Â
🔮 What's coming up
Some of my friends from London are coming to my hometown. "You've seen Vilnius, I want to see Coventry" - I think they'll be in for a shockÂ
